If you used the same email address to create your EA Account and console account, your accounts should automatically connect when your game loads on your console. Otherwise, to play EA games on Xbox, you’ll need to link your Xbox account to your EA Account.
| Follow these steps: |
- Go to your EA Account and sign in using your EA Account credentials.
-
Once you're signed in, go to Connected Accounts in your EA Account settings.
- Find Xbox in the list of available platforms and select the option to connect your account.
- Enter the login details for the Microsoft/Xbox account you want to link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize and complete the connection.
- After completing the process, return to Connected Accounts in your EA Account settings to confirm that your Xbox account is linked.
Important
- Make sure you link the correct Xbox account to your EA Account.
- You can switch your linked accounts up to 3 times in a rolling year, but choosing the right account from the start is still the safest way to keep your account secure. Always link to an account you'll keep long-term to preserve your progress and purchases.
