Check your recent orders
- Look through your email inbox (including Spam or Junk) for any order confirmations from Loaded.
- If you have a Loaded account, sign in and check your My Orders page to see if the charge matches a recent purchase.
Check if someone else used your payment method
- If you share a card, PayPal account, or other payment method, ask anyone with access if they made the purchase.
Next steps if the charge isn’t yours
- Contact your bank or payment provider (for example, PayPal) to secure your account and stop any unauthorised charges.
- Submit a request to our Customer Support team with:
- The name and email linked to the payment method
- A screenshot of the charge
- The amount and date of the transaction
