You can request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided your key has not been redeemed. Each request is reviewed individually to make sure it meets our policy.
When a refund is possible
- The key must NOT have been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
- You need to submit your request within seven calendar days of purchase.
What we cannot refund
- Refunds are not available for issues with the game itself, such as crashes, performance problems, or compatibility errors. These must be resolved by the game’s developer or publisher.
