Keys are available to claim instantly once your payment is processed. However, if you’ve pre-ordered a game, the process works a little differently. Here’s how it works.
Released products
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure link to view and claim your key instantly.
You can also find the same link any time in “My Orders” if you have a Loaded account.
Pre-orders
A confirmation email with a secure link is sent for pre-orders as well.
When you access your order, the game’s release date will be displayed in the format “Available [Day] [Month],” as pre-order keys typically become accessible on the game’s release date.
You can check the product page at any time for the latest release date.
If your Confirmation Email hasn’t arrived
Check your Spam or Junk folder and mark our emails as “Not Spam.”
Confirm you’re using the same email you used at checkout and that your inbox isn’t full.
Make sure Loaded emails aren’t blocked or blacklisted in your settings.
Occasionally, brief website issues can delay your order from appearing. Try again later.
Note: Loaded sells digital codes only. There is no physical delivery. Everything is redeemed online, so you can start downloading and playing once you redeem your key.
