Koins are our way of saying thanks for choosing Loaded. They are loyalty points you’ll earn when you make eligible purchases, and you can use them to get discounts on future orders. Here’s how they work:
Earning Koins
To earn Koins, you’ll need a Loaded.com account and must be logged in when making your purchase.
You’ll earn 1% back in Koins on each qualifying order.
Top-ups are not eligible to earn or redeem koins.
- Memberships and In-game currencies (IGCs) are not eligible to earn Koins, but Koins can be redeemed on eligible purchases.
Checking your balance
Log into your Loaded account.
Go to Koins and Rewards to see how many points you’ve collected.
Using Koins at checkout
Add products to your cart.
At checkout, choose how many Koins you want to apply.
A maximum of up to 50% of the value of the order can be redeemed with Koins, The remainder will be charged to your chosen payment method.
The discount will be applied instantly.
Value of Koins
100 Koins = £1 off your order (converted to your local currency).
Supported currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, PLN, AED, DKK, SEK, THB, ILS, MXN, RSD, CZK, SAR.
Please Note: Koins earned through transactions will expire 90 days from the date they are awarded. Koins earned through promotional campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion. The exact expiry date for all Koins can be viewed in the Rewards section of your account.
