Double-check that you’re following those instructions. You can always find the activation instructions for any game on its product page.
Confirm the platform
Ensure you’re redeeming the key on the correct platform (for example, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or another launcher).
A key for one platform won’t work on a different one.
