There are two ways to retrieve your key after buying from Loaded, depending on whether you checked out as a guest or while logged into your account.
If you purchased as a guest
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to access your key.
If the email doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder and mark it as “Not Spam” so that future emails are delivered correctly.
Click the Get Your Key button in the email to claim it.
If you purchased while logged in
Log in to your Loaded account using the same email address you used for your purchase.
Go to My Orders to view and access your key.
Pre-orders
You’ll still receive a confirmation email with a link as described above.
When you access your order, the game’s release date will be displayed in the format “Available [Day] [Month],” as pre-order keys typically become accessible on the game’s release date.
You can also check the product page for the latest release date.
“Available Shortly” Message
If you see Available Shortly instead of your key, here’s what it means:
Before release: The game hasn’t launched yet. Your key will be delivered once we receive it from our suppliers, usually at the official release time.
After release: Keys may still be processing. We recommend checking back a little later.
