If you purchased a game key from Loaded and it has not been redeemed, you can request a refund within seven days of purchase. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure it meets our policy.
When a refund is possible
- The key must not have been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
- You need to submit your request within seven calendar days of purchase.
How we refund you
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Some payment methods have time limits (for example, older crypto payments or PayPal/Apple Pay transactions after a certain number of days). If a limit applies, we will refund to a Loaded Gift Card.
Refunds are not available for technical complications
- Problems such as crashes, performance issues, or compatibility errors must be resolved by the game’s developer or publisher. We cannot issue refunds in these situations.
